Founded by Sadie, a visionary editorial leader and community builder, MTWBTB blends culturally resonant storytelling with practical business tools that help women grow, heal, and shine in their purpose.

We exist to amplify the voices, stories, and brilliance of Black women founders — the innovators, the creators, the strategists, the mothers, the visionaries — who are building legacies in real time.

 Through storytelling, community, and creative expression, we ensure the world sees Black women as the innovators, builders, and visionaries we have always been.
